These Terms govern your use of the Pixaluma website and installed web app, including any wallpaper you download from them.
ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
By accessing Pixaluma or downloading a wallpaper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or download its content.
PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Pixaluma grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download available wallpapers and use them as backgrounds on devices you personally use.
You may crop or resize a wallpaper only as needed to fit your personal screen. No ownership or other intellectual-property right is transferred to you.
USES NOT PERMITTED
Unless Pixaluma gives you prior written permission, you may not:
- sell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, repost or otherwise make a wallpaper available to others;
- use a wallpaper in advertising, products, client work, commercial content or any other revenue-generating activity;
- claim a wallpaper as your own work or remove ownership information associated with it;
- collect wallpapers through scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or other automated extraction;
- include wallpapers in datasets or use them to train, fine-tune, test or supply an artificial-intelligence system;
- bypass download controls, rate limits, access controls or other technical protections.
Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law remain unaffected.
RESPONSIBLE USE
You must not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use Pixaluma in a way that is unlawful or harms other users, the service or its infrastructure.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Wallpapers and features may be added, removed, replaced or restricted, and all or part of the service may be suspended or discontinued. Continued availability of the service or any particular wallpaper is not guaranteed.
These Terms cover the currently free service. Paid wallpapers or other paid features, if introduced, will be accompanied by additional purchase and licence information before payment.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Pixaluma may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Pixaluma is not responsible for content or services outside its control.
DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
Pixaluma is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation is not guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to those mandatory rights, Pixaluma is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.
ENDING YOUR LICENCE
Your permission to use Pixaluma wallpapers ends automatically if you breach these Terms. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the affected copies, except where applicable law gives you a continuing right.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated when the service, its business model or legal requirements change. The date at the bottom identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented clearly on Pixaluma before they take effect where required by law.
